When the frames arrives in our factory, we start assembling the motor/ wheel, electric cables, batteryholder, battery on the frame.
Before we pack the bicycle in the carton box, we test the function electric system and synchronise the components together for 100% efficiency.

After packing it will be send out to Holland.
In holland we have our own productionhall, where we fully assemble the bicycles,
with european bought components, to guaranty the highest quality.
Because of our own production line in Holland, we can guarantee for 100% the quality and the function of the system.

The bicycles will be assembled for 99% and before we pack it into the carton,
we check again for the second time all the functions of the electric system,
so we guarantee that all the bicycles are working after leaving the production line.

We can offer you more. We also can take care for the warehousing and
storage of the assembled bicycles.
